Remind yourself WHY these "snacks" are so addictive and why you don't feel full even if you eat multiple bags. These food like products are empty calories and provide no nutrition but are filled with addicting chemicals . Therefore you do not feel full and get trapped eating so many at a time.
Analyze how you feel after eating these products. You will find you most likely feel bloated, lethargic or dirty inside. When you eat clean meals, you are more energized and your stomach does not bloat.
